Kenneth S. Nugent, PC is Hiring a Legal Receptionist Near Duluth, GA

Established in 1989, Kenneth S. Nugent, PC (“KSN”) is one of the largest plaintiff’s personal injury law firms in Georgia, with nine locations throughout the state. We are looking for an experienced Legal Receptionist for our corporate office in Duluth.

Traits required to be successful in this position:

  • Organized and resourceful
  • Excellent problem solver and resolution seeker
  • High level of emotional intelligence
  • Answering phone calls and direct to the appropriate party
  • Calendar management
  • Mail (coming in and going out)
  • Accuracy in written communication
  • This is NOT a position for someone with NO receptionist a/o personal injury law office experience

Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a timely and efficient manner
  • Assist with client inquiries
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
  • Handle data input and maintain accurate records in electronic databases
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems
  • Assist attorneys and staff with administrative tasks as needed
  • Ensure all written communication is accurate and error-free
  • Uphold confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working on a busy receptionist desk (please do not apply if you have NO multi-line, fast paced receptionist experience)
  • Exceptionally tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Resourceful problem solver with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High level of emotional intelligence and professionalism.

Availability to work Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
