Kenneth S. Nugent, PC is Hiring a Personal Injury Paralegal Near Duluth, GA

Established in 1989, Kenneth S. Nugent, PC (“KSN”) is one of the largest plaintiff’s personal injury law firms in Georgia, with nine locations throughout the state. We are looking for experienced paralegal for our Duluth location.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four years of experience as a Plaintiff’s Personal Injury paralegal with proven organization and communication skills.

Duties would include but not be limited to:

  • Assist attorney with drafting complaints, summons, discovery requests and responses, notices, affidavits, and petitions
  • Review, analyze and summarize medical records
  • E-file litigation documents with courts using Odyssey, PeachCourt, Pacer/CM/ECF-GA
  • Request medical records and maintain client files
  • Calendar litigation and discovery deadlines
  • Maintain discovery and pleading indexes
  • Review and analyze documents for production
  • Organize and index exhibits and prepare trial binders
  • Coordinate depositions
  • Create and handle exhibits for use at mediation and trial

Requirements

  • 4 Plaintiff’s Personal Injury paralegal experience
  • Proficient with Neos or other personal injury case management software
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work well on a team
  • Excellent communication skills
