Title: Vet Tech Services Specialist

Location: Duluth, GA 30096 or St. Joseph, MO 64506 (Hybrid)Hours will be ~9-6 EST / 8-5 CST.

Description:

• Our roles are not considered fully remote, so are officially considered hybrid. On average, outside of the training period, team members can expect to come on site 2 days a week or as requested by their leadership due to meetings, etc. Additionally, if team members do not have sufficient internet to work (or if they have an outage in their area), they would be expected to come on site to work since our offices are open.
• During the training period, we usually ask new hires to come on site for the first 3 days of training.
• This role, considered hybrid rather than fully remote, involves addressing and responding to product inquiries, complaints, and suspected adverse events in compliance with US regulations and company policies.
• The specialist will receive communication from various sources, including veterinarians, veterinary technicians, consumers, and sales personnel, primarily via telephone. Key responsibilities include providing information and support related to product use, maintaining technical expertise on company products, documenting all communications accurately, and supporting sales representatives as needed.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background, a commitment to regulatory compliance, understanding of veterinary practice procedures, excellent communication and computer skills, and the ability to work independently and under pressure.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience working in a veterinary clinic, along with an Associate Degree or higher in Life Sciences or Veterinary Technician, is required.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
