Your mission: to captivate our audience with high-quality visuals, manage vibrant community interactions, and stay ahead of the curve with the latest digital trends. With a keen eye for detail and a pulse on what makes content resonate, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's online presence. Objectives of this Role:

  • Content Quality: Ensure that all content produced meets the highest standards of quality, aligning with the brand's image and engaging the audience effectively.
  • Consistency: Maintain a consistent posting schedule across all social media platforms, ensuring regular engagement with Brad's audience and fostering a strong community.
  • Audience Engagement: Actively engage with Brad's fans through comments and interactions on social media posts, fostering a sense of community and loyalty among followers.
  • Brand Integration: Strategically plan and execute brand integrations within social media content, ensuring seamless integration with the overall content strategy while meeting the needs of brand partners.
  • Stay Updated: Continuously stay updated on the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to adapt strategies accordingly and maximize reach and engagement.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and implement efficient processes for content creation, posting schedules, and community management, optimizing workflow and productivity.
  • Creative Innovation: Bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table during concept meetings, driving creativity and pushing boundaries to maintain relevance and engagement with Brad's audience.
  • Cross-Platform Optimization: Tailor content strategies to suit the unique characteristics of each social media platform, maximizing reach and engagement across all channels.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Brad, the content team, and external partners to ensure alignment with overall brand objectives and maintain a cohesive brand identity across all content.
  • Performance Evaluation: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics for social media content, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing strategies to achieve growth and engagement goals.

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize, coordinate and execute shoots and filming for social media pages including TikTok, YouTube and Instagram
  • Edit long form videos when needed, this includes fully editing YouTube videos from start to finish as well as corresponding with Brad’s editor on edits.
  • Edit short form videos for optimal video and audio production, incorporating color correction, graphics, and visual elements as needed.
  • Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure all content meets brand standards for content and production quality.
  • Use ‘Monday’ to plan each week's content release schedule. 
  • Creatively conceptualize Instagram feed to engage Brad’s following 
  • Foster a community with Brad’s fans through comments on all social posts. 
  • Plan brand integrations and make sure we stay on time for video delivery
  • Capture photos of in house XMONDO shoots when needed for promotional materials. 
  • Attend webinars and classes on how to grow social reach to constantly stay up to date on the social media trends. 
  • Come with creative ideas to present every week in concept meetings. 
  • Lay the groundwork for creating processes for posting. Including figuring out how many days a week on each platform Brad should post, when to film, when to take photos and how to keep everything organized. 
  • Study social media platforms to understand what works best on which platform and always stay up to date on changes.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in Social Media management
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to express ideas to the team
  • Strategic and operational knowledge of social channel management including but not limited to: YouTube, Instagram and TikTok
  • Strong creative thinker who can ideate around an existing concept and develop stories relevant to our audience
  • Experience with Photoshop, Final Cut, CapCut, Premiere Pro, and Figma.
  • Strong knowledge of social creative trends
  • Thought leadership around emerging social channels
  • Advanced knowledge of DSLR videography and photography 
  • Experience working with influencers or high-profile personalities, particularly in a social media management capacity.
