Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing and monitoring our company's social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
- Create and curate engaging and shareable content, such as images, videos, and blog posts
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries from our online community
- Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and industry best practices
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports to track and measure the success of social media campaigns
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in using social media platforms and scheduling tools
- Basic knowledge of graphic design principles and experience using design software
- Ability to think creatively and generate innovative ideas for social media content
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
