What does the job entail?
As a Partnership Manager at Monarch Tractor, you will play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing partnerships throughout their lifecycle, with a particular focus on OEM Licensing. You will collaborate cross-functionally to drive strategic assessments, develop collaboration strategies, conduct market research, and create impactful marketing collateral. With your expertise, you’ll contribute to refining our partnership pursuit processes and lead small to medium sized deals. Your role will help elevate the quality of content we share with partners and enable key team members to focus more on strategic aspects of partnership development.
Responsibilities:
  • Create compelling partnership presentations and ensure effective communication of value propositions.
  • Mange pre- and post-meeting activities, including agenda creation, project planning, and follow-up actions.
  • Develop comprehensive pilot plans, outlining activities, roles, deliverables, expansion strategies, and more.
  • Lead cross-functional efforts to gather and validate information, ensuring strategic alignment and cohesive planning.
  • Oversee the partnership funnel and process, maintaining regular follow-ups and ensuring a clean and efficient pipeline.
  • Contribute to departmental strategy by evaluating potential partners for fit and angles, and brainstorming collaboration approaches
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities in OEM Licensing markets and gather proof points.
  • Create technical marketing and deal marketing collateral to enhance partner engagement and understanding.
  • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to align strategies and streamline execution.
  • Support in moving deals forward strategically by taking on execution-related responsibilities.
Ideal Candidate:
  • 5 years of experience in roles such as Consultant, Partnerships Manager/Director, Innovation Manager/Director, Business Development Manager/Director, or Customer Success Manager/Director
  • Proven track record of managing complex deal processes and multi-organizational projects.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to create compelling partner content.
  • Experience leading small to medium deals and driving results through cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to assess counterparties, brainstorm collaboration strategies, and conduct market research.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring effective partnership pursuit and management.
  • Proficiency in creating marketing collateral and technical materials to support partnership initiatives.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
