JOB SUMMARY: Marketing Manager position requires a dynamic individual with a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, analytical prowess, and strong communication skills. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

Experience

  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably in roles involving strategic planning, campaign management, digital marketing, and stakeholder engagement

License or Certification

  • None

Specialized Skills

  • Ability to think strategically and align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives and growth targets.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to effectively engage with internal teams, external agencies, and vendors.
  • Embrace a mindset of innovation to drive creativity and efficiency within the marketing department.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills

Location

  • This position is based on-site and will report to our Downtown Los Angeles office.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

  • Execute, Manage and Develop Marketing Strategies; assist in the creation and implementation of marketing strategies that align with the company's business objectives and target growth.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, events) to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Content Creation: Coordinate the development of engaging marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, blog posts, and social media content, to attract and retain clients.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to gather insights on industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies.
  • Digital Marketing: Manage the company's digital marketing efforts, including website management, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media, to maximize online presence.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using metrics and KPIs to measure effectiveness and ROI.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to various marketing initiatives.
  • Collaboration with Sales: Work closely with the sales team to create targeted marketing campaigns that support sales objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including marketing agencies and vendors, to ensure cohesive branding and marketing efforts.
  • Professional Development: Stay updated with the latest marketing trends, tools, and technologies to drive innovation and efficiency within the marketing department.
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong ability to analyze, evaluate and draw conclusions on data/analytics
  • Creative in vision and approach
  • Collaborative but self-starter. Able to work with a team and independently.
  • Ability to create and deliver reports on all activities that marketing is responsible for
