SCHEDULE: 8:00AM – 5:00PM Monday through Friday, On-call is two weeks on and two weeks off ($100 bonus for weeks on-call and min of 1.5 hours paid for call outs)
COMPENSATION: $18 - $19/HR DOE On-Call and Quarterly Bonus
Little Rock, AR 72201
- Completes work orders in a timely manner based on priority
- Make Ready / Turning apartments in between resident occupancy
- Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
- Heating, Ventilation, and Air Condition needs
- Maintaining property grounds
- Preventative maintenance
- Maintain and keep a clean and organized maintenance shop and other work areas
- Assist in coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone with other team members
- 1 years’ experience in maintenance
- HVAC Certification preferred
- EPA License preferred
- CPO Certification preferred
- Dry walling including painting and carpentry
- Working knowledge of plumbing including sweating copper pipe
- Working knowledge of electrical including outlets, switches, and light fixtures
- Working knowledge to repair and/or diagnosis of appliances including refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers
and garbage disposal - Water heater knowledge both electric and gas
- Industry competitive compensation ($18 - $19/HR DOE)
- Quarterly maintenance bonus (up to $750/Quarter)
- $100.00 On-Call Bonus Paid
- Annual reviews with opportunity for performance-based raise up to 5%
