The Lead Maintenance Technician must possess the ability to manage maintenance responsibilities for a small but busy apartment community. Maintenance techs are responsible for preparing vacant apartments for new tenants and completing work orders for current residents.
- HVAC licensing is a required
- Apartment maintenance experience required
- Must be available for on-call rotation.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must be able to read, speak & understand English for business purposes.
- Must be able to pass pre-employment background investigation including criminal record search, driver's license check, employment verification, and drug screen.
