• Document calls in detail for future reference.
• Promptly handle tech-related emails, offering clear instructions and escalating complex cases.
• Stay updated on tech trends and share knowledge with colleagues.
• Proactively address recurring issues and assist with minor repairs and maintenance for digital cameras, laptops, and printers.
• Utilize company inventory tracking systems to manage equipment and supplies.
• Perform minor repairs and maintain digital cameras, laptops, and printers.
• Ensure efficient upkeep of equipment and inventory supplies.
• Order replacement equipment and inventory supplies as needed.
• Handle shipping and receiving of tech materials.
• Perform tasks requiring lifting of up to 100 lbs. and proficient use of a hand truck.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience in a technical support role.
• Strong knowledge of camera systems, laptops, printers, software, and network troubleshooting.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Proficient in documenting calls and interactions in a call log or ticketing system.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and concisely.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a high-pressure environment.
• Familiarity with common operating systems, software applications, and remote desktop tools.
• A proactive and positive attitude towards learning new technologies and tools.
