The Headlines:

In the role of Director, HR Business Partner working at the multi-site Milwaukee Miller Valley, you will be delivering human resource strategies and imperatives by building capability and create culture change through World Class Supply Chain 2.0 fundamentals in a multi-site union environment.

This position reports to the VP of Operations and works closely with Milwaukee leadership, the broader HRBP team, local and corporate Learning and Development, and other stakeholder teams.

The Responsibilities:

  • Provide HR Leadership by collaborating with functional leaders and ensuring that all key HR and business processes are correctly executed. You will plan, organize, and prioritize multiple projects and programs in a changing environment.
  • Lead talent and career management to grow talent and driver performance
  • Promote positive employee relations and engagement by being a leader in diversity and inclusion and developing strategies to ensure effective labor and employee relations.
  • Create a culture of continuous learning and development. Partner with line management to provide the leadership required to advance employee technical and leadership skills.
  • Lead change management in collaboration with manufacturing development, learning and development, and communications. Ensure new work practices align with the brewery’s business strategy through appropriate change methodology and organizational anchoring.
  • Promote employee health and wellness.
  • Lead team performance, talent, and career management and create a culture of employee engagement.

Other Qualifications:

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree
  • You have at least 10 years of experience in human resources with strong generalist experience and a focus on leadership level partnerships.
  • Prefers previous site leadership experience.
  • You should have a working knowledge of federal and state laws/regulations in the HR field.
  • You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities. You act with appropriate urgency to various market events and trends that require a quick turnaround in plans and strategy
  • You are a motivated leader that can inspire others; you respect your commitments and can obtain optimal results from your team through respect and development
  • You are a skilled negotiator focused on the client; your constant curiosity fosters your innovative style, and you can equally execute ideas given to you
