**The Headlines:**

In the role of **Sales Representative Lead** working in **Indianapolis, IN (preferred) or Detroit, MI**,you will be part of the Great Lakes Region Commercial Sales Team. You will lead a team of sales representatives that will meet and exceed volume and retail goals. You will be responsible for training, developing, and managing your team as well as maintaining a selling relationship with high-volume accounts in key markets and channels. You will brand building initiatives through the execution of nationally and locally developed programming and promotions.

This position reports to the **General Manager - Sales** and works closely with our On-Premise Customers, Distributor Sales Executives and our Commercial Center of Excellence.

**The Responsibilities:**

* Most importantly, you will lead a team of 3-5 talented colleagues, and support their growth and development through career discussions and consistent one on one conversations

* Drive distribution opportunities, merchandising and promotions on-premise through assigned team

* Lead execution of programs and promotions in teams accounts

* Support General Manager in ad-hoc reporting and analytics projects that will drive volume growth and business decisions

* Responsible for the focused account volume plan and assigned volume plan with distributor

* You have a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing or other relevant field OR equivalent experience (4 years) in the field of Sales, preferably within Consumer Packaged Goods
