This is a sales position intended to train qualified individuals to assume responsibilities in individual branch responsibilities including: exhibit advanced Salesmanship, establishing superior Customer Service, improve customer relations, and brand building via telecommunications.

**Compensation/Benefits:**

* Guaranteed Base Salary Commission per vehicle purchased = **Ability to make up to $40K per year**

**Responsibilities:**

* Contact and communicate with customers to identify needs using the webuyanycar.com selling process

* Build rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish customer network

* Meet daily phone and email quota

* Maintain a prospect development system

* Exhibit a high level of commitment to customer satisfaction

* Ability to work independently

* Meet weekly/monthly purchase quota

* Perform additional duties as required

**Qualifications/Requirements:**

* Positive Attitude and Strong Work Ethic

* Valid, state-issued drivers license with a clean driving record and no major violations during the past three (3) years including, but not limited to, DUI and DWI.

**Education/Experience:**

* High school diploma or equivalent.

* 1 years of Sales and Customer service experience
