Job Summary:
We are currently looking to hire a full-time Bilingual Service Representative to join our rapidly growing team in Hillsboro, Oregon. This position will interact with customers both in-person and over the phone, handling the details of their policies, answering questions and working with the Production team to ensure all appropriate tasks are met. Although this is an entry level position, opportunity for advancement at MIG, through performance and licensing, is abundant.
Duties:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner to ensure satisfaction
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and order information
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up on customer inquiries or feedback
- Utilize strong communication skills to interact with customers effectively
- Identify opportunities for upselling products or services to enhance customer experience
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer service or related field
- Excellent phone etiquette and ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Proficiency in data entry and ability to analyze customer information
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell products or services
- Multilingual abilities, especially in Spanish, are a plus
