A family owned manufacturing business that finds solutions to accommodate production and research needs in a wide range of products is looking to add a Customer Service Technician to their Call Center team onsite in Cornelius, Oregon!
Shift: Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4pm
Length: Long term opportunity
Pay: $23/hr
Description:
- Answering calls from customers who have questions about shipping, orders, or questions about how to fix their machines (vacuums, incubators, lab equipment, etc.)
- Lots of the calls are coming from scientist
- Never anyone that is terribly upset
- Helping with Technical Support and Orders
- Emails and Calls
Job Duties:
- Customer Requests
- Procedures, Policies and Tools
- Order Fulfillment
- Trouble-shooting and Service Calls
- Additional tasks as assigned

- Mechanical Aptitude
