This position will work closely with the Project Management team and provide support for the entire life-cycle of a construction project. Project Coordinators must demonstrate knowledge of construction practices and provide administrative support to their assigned project teams.

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Excellent in MS Office skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage their time well on tight deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Team-player and ability to build relationships well across the organization and team
• 3-5 years of experience in construction management
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management is preferred
• Strong project management skills
• Experience in budgeting and construction management
• Proficiency in construction-related software and tools
• Willingness to travel up to 25%

Responsibilities:

• Work Closely with the Project Management team and provide support for the entire life cycle of a construction project
• Complete new project updates in our CRM system, distribute initial drawings and plans to all required team members, assist Project Manager with permits as needed
• Schedule calls and meetings with internal and external project team members to ensure consistent communication flow throughout the duration of a project
• Assist with the buyout process
• Process and maintain RFIs
• Assist in the preparation of closeout procedures
• Prepare, process, and distribute subcontract agreements, purchase orders, and change orders
