The candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience and is responsible for creating test plans and procedures, executing test plans, creating nominal and off-nominal scenarios, maintaining the test schedule, configuring hardware test items and test tools, analyzing test results, and presenting results for technical briefings to leadership and government customers. The candidate should be a self-starter and be able to operate with minimal supervision. The candidate should have experience with MATLAB and scripting and well as experience with the Linux operating system and basic networks.

• Understanding test planning and scheduling
• 4 Years of experience
• Experience with analyzing test results and data sets
• Experience with MATLAB or similar coding language producing data plots or figures
• LINUX knowledge and experience
• Experience with hardware, software, and network integration
• Ability to generate clear, concise, and intuitive presentation of results
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and reporting practices
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Able to work well in a team environment
• Active Secret clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with THAAD Weapons System, Joint Messaging (JTIDS), and/or other Missile Defense Systems
• Scripting knowledge and experience
• Familiarity with the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) pre- and post-test analysis activities and procedures
