Overview:
Our school has been serving student families in the Queens community for 29 years. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant. As an Executive Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our executive team and contribute to the smooth operation of our organization. This is a part-time position with opportunities for full-time placement in the future.
Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, and presentations
- Assist in managing databases and maintaining accurate records
- Provide personal assistance to executives as needed
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries, providing excellent customer service
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and transcribing
Skills:
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Proficient in Microsoft Access, Excel, Word, and Powerpoint
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy for data entry tasks
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think proactively
