Hyundai MOBIS Parts America, a Tier 1 parts and accessory supplier to Hyundai Motor America and Kia Motors America, is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Manager with a focus on Organizational Management and Leadership.
The Employee Relations/Strategic Planning Manager plays a vital role in our organization by overseeing company-wide Employee Relations ("ER") programs, investigating employee complaints, and staying up-to-date on relevant state and federal HR, Payroll, Worker's Compensation, Safety, Security, and employee best practice regulations.
This role also involves managing HR field representatives at all our warehouse locations, collaborating with the HR Planning and Organization Management teams, and working closely with the Workers' Compensation, Safety, and Security departments.
