Mobile Management is Hiring an Outside Sales Manager Near Antioch, CA

We are looking for positive, outgoing Market Managers.

Mobile Management Distribution Leaders are ambitious and results driven by people that enjoy unlimited earning potential.

Our managers are responsible for recruiting, on-boarding, training, management and retention of Outside Sales Agents. Successful Market Managers are adept at managing & motivating their team of hourly sales agents to meet company sales objectives. The Market Manager must have good working knowledge of their assigned Market and be able to assist sales agents in the field with meeting their daily objectives. The Market Managers must be able to work independently and with the Territory Manager on achieving district & company wide monthly objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Essential Functions

  • Create an environment of accountability by managing daily team attendance and participation.
  • Hire and recruit quality personnel who exceed the accepted minimum standards set forth by the company.
  • Conduct comprehensive new hire orientation and training to ensure Outside Sales Agents comply with regulatory requirements and lifeline rules.
  • Supervise and manage Outside Sales Agents to achieve Market performance goals.
  • Ongoing development of a high performing, motivated sales staff
  • Maintain and protect company assets, including physical inventory.
  • Meet inventory shrink goals.
  • Develop growth opportunity recommendations through market research, scouting and competitive analysis.
  • Coach and develop Outside Sales Agents to improve effectiveness, proficiency and productivity.
  • Perform routine market and location performance evaluations through report analysis and on-site evaluations.
  • Conduct comprehensive review of all local codes, permits and licensing needed to follow state and local laws, and obtain them to ensure the team of OSA’s are able to produce market goals.
  • Any other related duties as assigned by Territory Manager

- Must have a reliable car to transport equipment and phones to out side sales agents.

-Must be able to work out field when required.

  • Skills:
  • - Proven experience in business development and technology sales.
  • - Strong knowledge of the market and industry trends.
  • - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients.
  • - Ability to effectively manage a team and drive results through leadership.
  • - Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and account management.

- Technical sales expertise, including the ability to understand complex products or solutions.

- Strong knowledge of technology sales, including software, hardware, or IT solutions
- Ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with customers
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to drive business development and generate new leads
- Technical sales experience is highly desirable

We offer competitive compensation packages, including base salary plus commission. Additionally, we provide comprehensive training and ongoing professional development opportunities to support your success in this role.

Start at up to $20.25 plus un capped incentives depending on team size and sales.
