Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficient and effective functioning
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch goals and targets
- Manage and motivate a team of employees, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations
- Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics, making adjustments as necessary
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and concerns
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other branch managers and departments to achieve overall organizational objectives

Experience:
- Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably as a branch manager or similar position
- Strong understanding of retail math and financial management principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and employees at all levels
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions based on findings
- Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices
