Mobile Health Team Inc is Hiring an Executive Director Near Charlevoix, MI

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for the effective operation of all activities of Boulder Park Terrace; interpretation and administration of the policies of the Board of Trustees; utilization and development of Boulder Park Terrace human, financial, and technical resources; maintenance of high-quality professional patient and medical care service; participation in community health programs; and financial integrity of Boulder Park Terrace.
  • Develop annually for Board review and approval, a strategic and tactical plan delineating the organization’s quality, productivity, fiscal, and patient, staff, and other customer satisfaction objectives.
  • Develop annually for Board review and approval, operating and capital budgets.
  • Develop and continuously improve the structure and processes for recruitment and retention of medical, clinical, support, and administrative staff.
  • Provide leadership and overall management of the organization’s operations and finances, and regularly report to the Board the results, including progress toward annual objectives.
  • Develop annually for Board review and approval, a Business Development Plan to support achievement of the organization’s strategic and tactical objectives.
  • Support and participate in, as required, the activities necessary for the achievement of MNM strategic objectives.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships, including referral relationships with other healthcare providers in the region.
  • Actively participate in the legislative and regulatory processes to promote a positive environment for the provision of long-term care services.
  • Actively participate in appropriate professional groups to strengthen professional skills and knowledge base.
  • Perform any and all duties that may be required or from time to time assigned by the Board of Trustees.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Graduate in nursing home administration, business administration, or equivalent - Required
  • MI Licensed nursing home administrator - Required
  • Prior experience in nursing home administration of at least (5) years - Preferred

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $110.00 - $119.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift

Experience:

  • Nursing home: 5 years (Required)
  • Leadership: 5 years (Required)

License/Certification:

  • Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (Required)

Work Location: On the road
