We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative. A customer service representative, will act as a liaison, to provide product/services information to interested customers. The right candiate is genuinely looking to help customers and is patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. 

Responsibilities

• Manage large amounts of outgoing calls.
• Engage in active listening to ensure that customers questions/concerns are being addressed and answered.
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
• Utilities software, database, and scripts appropriately.
• Keep good records of customer interactions.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.

Skills

• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
• Track record of over-achieving quota.
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
