JOB TITLE:General Manager
FLSA STATUS: Exempt
OTHER: Full-Time
POSITION:General Manager, reports directly to the District Manager
Base salary of $50,000 to $65,000 (depending on experience).Potential yearly Bonus: $13,000 ($1,000 per period) cash, plus $26,000 deferred.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED
- Two or more years managing up to 40 team members in business or food management
- Proven track record of successfully promoting team members
- Experience in identifying and developing talent within a team
- Ability to make difficult personnel decisions
- Lead the execution of the brand daily
- Competent in all FOH & BOH position
- Responsible for the cleanliness of the restaurant, FOH & BOH
- Responsible for Store Sales growth
- Responsible for line speed to be measured using transaction times
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer service matters and responsible foroverall customer reviews
- Handle the execution of quality food following proper procedures and Mo’ Bettahsstandards
- Coordinate and lead weekly meeting with Manager in Training, Off-Premise Coordinator, andCertifiedTrainer
- Review weekly employee schedules
- Complete weekly reports, self-reporting, people PAR staffingguide, Compeat, online ordering, inventory, etc.
- Have a thorough knowledge of the Mo’ Bettahs culture
- Follow all company standards for health, safety, sanitation, security, and maintain aneat and clean appearance
- Adhere to and ensure all employees follow proper policies and procedures as outlined inthe employee handbook
- Perform other duties as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-2 year’s work experience at Mo’ Bettahs or other restaurant
- Basic experience with computers, ie. Microsoft Suite, email
WORKING CONDITIONS:
The position requires qualified individuals to see, hear, and speak (verbally and audibly). Required toascend and descend stairs; sit and stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds,bend, stoop, and kneel. May be required to work outside in various weather conditions. They may berequired to work on a computer for extended periods, including viewing the screen,using a mouse and, manipulating a keyboard with hands, reaching with arms. May be asked todrive or travel by car, air or other transportation for business purposes. Must be able tofunction effectively in a fast-paced working environment. Must be able to report to workresponsive, free from sedatives, and in a non-sedative state. Must disclose prescribed and/orover-the-counter pharmaceuticals that may impair or affect the ability to perform the job's essential functions. Natural and regular stressors occur on the job.
