Customer Service Representative
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues effectively
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish (bilingual/multilingual preferred)
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism
- Proficient in outbound calling techniques to engage potential customers and drive sales
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to upsell products or services
- Strong problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries or concerns effectively
