Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the property, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants.
- Conduct property tours and show available units to prospective tenants.
- Screen and approve rental applications in accordance with fair housing regulations.
- Prepare and execute lease agreements and renewals.
- Collect rent payments and ensure timely payment from tenants.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs with vendors and contractors.
- Address tenant concerns and resolve conflicts in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of all property-related transactions and activities.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property management or a related field preferred.
- Strong knowledge of contract management, sales, office operations, and upselling techniques.
- Familiarity with LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) program is a plus.
- Excellent conflict management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with tenants, vendors, and team members.
- Experience in property leasing and facilities management is desirable.
- Proficient in data entry and record keeping.
- Knowledge of fair housing regulations and ability to ensure compliance.
