Mltply Inc is Hiring a Brand Representative | Entry Level Near Cincinnati, OH
We hire individuals that have the core skills needed to be successful with our team: a solid work ethic, an awesome attitude, and a willingness to be a great student.
Upon hire, full training is provided in marketing, sales, brand recognition, and customer service, all done in a retail environment. This position is centered in a fast-paced, open working environment.
We are looking for a dynamic individual who is passionate about our brand and has the ability to effectively represent us in various marketing activities. As a Brand Representative, you will play a crucial role in promoting our products, engaging with potential customers, and creating a positive brand image. From day one you'll be challenged to take risks, think big, and make an impact while getting lots of love and support from the team.
If you have excellent communication skills, enjoy interacting with people, and have a strong understanding of marketing principles, we would love to hear from you.
Please note that this is not a remote position.
Responsibilities of our Brand Representative:
- Retail sales and customer service to promote brand recognition
- Establish and maintain customer relationships in-person within sales representatives territory
- Working one on one with customers
- Sales and Marketing in a retail setting
- Small team management
- Replicate sales systems by training, coaching, and developing peers
- Establish relationships with clients to ensure account retention and brand development

- Excellent public speaking and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to engage and connect with diverse audiences
- Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies
- Creativity and ability to think outside the box
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
