Daily Responsibilities as a Customer Service Representative:

  • Effectively promote and educate consumers on our client’s available services and benefits through one-on-one customer interactions
  • Develop and coordinate effective business strategies that will stand out against competitors and increase customer acquisition
  • Participate in required sales meetings and conference calls to maintain updated knowledge of our client’s promotions and services
  • Acquire a proven track record of closing a high percentage of qualified leads and increasing customer retention
  • Work harmoniously with our sales team to successfully promote brand awareness and increase sales margins
  • Establish and maintain a consistent professional image while interacting with customers and coworkers
  • Build positive interdepartmental relationships and communicate effectively to achieve established sales targets

Customer Service Representative Requirements:

  • 0-3 years in the customer service or sales industry
  • Proactive; can-do approach; takes ownership of any situation
  • Exceptional motivational and persuasion abilities
  • Proven record of outstanding sales performance and achievement, overturning objections
  • An open mind with a passion for learning a wide range of skills that will carry through various career paths
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and analytical skills
  • Well-spoken, poise, and professional demeanor with clients and consumers
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $700.00 - $1,000.00 per week
