- Working with customers, branches, account managers and billing team for all pre-invoicing activities within customer portals.
- Single point of contact for customers and branches for all work order activities.
As our KONE Business Services Agent you will bring 2 years of customer service experience working out of a ticket tool or portal system, alongside a background with excel.
These learned skills could have been acquired via Associates Degree or with work experience. With a background in multi-tasking and demonstrating great attention to detail with a strong communication, you will be successful in this role.
