Job Description:
* Serve as liaison between the family, patients, doctors and other departments
* Oversee and manage nursing staff, LPN's and CNA's.
* Investigate all incident reports and follow-up
* Encourage all staff to adhere to the highest standard of care and conduct annual staff reviews
* Guide, advise, and educate nursing staff with clinical instructions
* Report nursing activity to senior management
* Supervise and support nursing staff
* Manage staff and assignments
Job Qualification:
* 2 years RN Manager experience will look at RN who is looking to advance in career
* Extensive clinical experience and RN Manager in acute or Long-Term Care Preferred
* Prior administrative experience and training in both nursing and administration
* Leadership and mentorship
* Infection control
* Organizational and Multitasking skills
* Listening and verbal communication skills
* Patient Safety focus
* Active applicable state licensure
* American Heart Association issued BLS
