• The Manager Operating Room (RN) will manage the day to day operations across 7 OR's with a team of 60 FTE's. The hospital performs over 4500 procedures annually and is growing.
• Well supported by a team of two Clinical Coordinators and Charge RN's
• The Department performs a variety of procedures including general, orthopedic, urology, CV, ENT, GYN, and robotics
• Position reports directly to a dynamic and collaborative Director of Surgical Services

Qualifications & Requirements for Operating Room Nurse Manager

• BSN required / Master's preferred
• RN Active License
• CNOR is a plus
• Minimum two (2) years of progressive surgical services/operating room leadership experience at Assistant Manager level or above in an inpatient surgical services/operating room setting
• Minimum five (5) years of Operating Room nursing experience is required
• Servant leadership style
• Must be a team builder who can build collaborative relationships across all levels
