Our client, a government-sponsored bank, is seeking a Business Systems Analyst.
Location: Hybrid, onsite (Chicago, IL) Postition Type: Contract
Job Description: The function of the IAM Delivery Team is to enable and support the business of IAM Operations through technology and process re-engineering, and to provide IAM resources for other Bank projects and initiatives. The function of the Business Systems Analyst will be to support the IAM Delivery Team from a traditional BSA perspective (system analysis, requirements gathering, story writing, process flow, test cases, etc.), as well as act as an Agile Owner to mature and facilitate our Agile practices.
This would include: Work intake, triage, categorization, and assignment Agile ceremony facilitation (prioritization, refinement, estimation, stand-ups, reviews, demos, and retrospectives) Backlog management through Azure DevOps Roadmap management Status updates and stakeholder communication The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience or working knowledge of the above technologies, and be comfortable collaborating, communicating, and presenting to stakeholders across the Bank.
Responsibilities of the IAM Delivery Team include: Subject Matter Experts for the Bank's current state and future state IAM technology Implementing critical enhancements and bug fixes in current state IAM technology (One Identity Manager) Implementing critical enhancements and bug fixes in current state upstream and downstream technologies and workflows (Workday / Active Roles / Active Directory / Microsoft Entra / ServiceNow) Participating in IAM Modernization Project related activities and future state IAM technology implementations Building and enhancing workflows and reports in the current state and future state IAM technology Implementing Integrations and Automation in current and future state IAM technology:Upstream and downstream of IGA tool (Workday, ServiceNow, PAM/CyberArk, Active Roles, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra) With other Bank applications to integrate and automate Authentication and Authorizations Collaborating with Application Owners, Project, Delivery, and Development teams on Bank Projects and Software Onboarding:Application integration Role and Access Design and Role build-out Configuring ticket creation and building out Consistency Checks for manually provisioned applications Building, maintaining, and supporting Consistency Checks / Completeness and Accuracy Checks for manually provisioned applications and high-risk systems Providing support and guidance for Cloud Security / Cloud IAM (Entra, AWS, etc.) Providing solutions, support, and guidance for Non-Human access management use cases Providing Tier 3 escalation support to the IAM Operations team Fulfilling Audit/Exam requests (data queries, user lists, evidence requests, meetings/walkthroughs)
