Job Description: Our client is looking for a Business Systems Analyst who specializes in in Sales Cloud and Manufacturing Cloud who will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing Salesforce solutions to enhance our clients Sales and services operations.

Responsibilities:

• -Requirements Gathering and Analysis:Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document requirements related to Sales Cloud and Manufacturing Cloud functionalities.
• Conduct thorough analysis of current business processes and identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• -Salesforce Solution Design:Design and implement Salesforce solutions with a focus on Sales Cloud and Manufacturing Cloud.
• Configure and customize Salesforce to meet business needs, ensuring alignment with best practices.
• -Integration Management:Collaborate with IT and other teams to ensure seamless integration between Salesforce and other systems used in sales and service processes.
• -User Training and Support:Provide training to end-users on Salesforce functionalities, ensuring effective adoption of Sales Cloud and Manufacturing Cloud features.
• Offer ongoing support and address user issues and concerns.
• -Documentation:Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to Salesforce configurations, customizations, and processes.
• -Quality Assurance:Conduct thorough testing of Salesforce solutions to ensure data accuracy, system integrity, and optimal performance.
• -Continuous Improvement:Stay updated on Salesforce releases, new features, and industry best practices.
• Proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement in sales and service processes.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Salesforce BSA with a focus on Sales Cloud and Manufacturing Cloud.

Salesforce certifications related to Sales Cloud and Manufacturing Cloud are highly desirable.

Strong understanding of sales and service contract processes.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Effective communication and collaboration skills.
