Mitchell County Hospital Health Systems is Hiring a Human Resource Assistant Near Beloit, KS
Key responsibilities include scheduling and facilitating employee onboarding and orientation, managing employee-related social media, attending recruitment fairs, administering employee benefits, assisting with payroll processes, managing time and attendance processes, maintaining employee records, ensuring compliance with hospital policies, and fostering a positive workplace culture to enhance employee satisfaction through HR projects and initiatives. Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in Business or Human Science related degree is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous Human Resource experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of bookkeeping techniques is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Docs software is required.
- Excellent communication and time management skills are a must.
- A marketing background is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently and in groups.
