As the Marketing Coordinator you will be managing community engagement for Mister O1 in the Dallas/Fort Worth region. You will be at the forefront of fostering meaningful connections between our pizzeria and the local community. Your role is instrumental in enhancing our brand presence, driving community initiatives, and creating a positive impact through various engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Local Partnership Development:
• Identify and establish partnerships with local businesses, organizations, and influencers to enhance Mister O1's community presence.

• Event Planning and Execution:
• Conceptualize and organize community events, promotions, and collaborations to drive foot traffic and engagement.

• Social Media Coordination:
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging social media content that resonates with the local audience.

• Community Outreach Programs:
• Develop and implement outreach programs to support local causes and initiatives, aligning with Mister O1's values.

• Networking:
• Actively participate in local networking events, creating connections that benefit both the pizzeria and the community.

• Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, gathering feedback, and ensuring a positive dining experience.

• Represent Mister O1 at Local Functions:
• Attend local events, fairs, and functions as a representative of Mister O1, fostering a sense of community engagement.

• Content Creation
• Craft compelling and visually appealing social media content, fostering audience engagement, and staying abreast of industry trends for optimal brand presence.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $51,276.00 - $55,369.00 per year
