About the Job:

As the Marketing Coordinator at Stagen, you will support the Marketing team to engage our members in valuable ways.

You will work closely with our Marketing Manager to organize and execute a variety of campaigns designed to support our members – while also measuring the success of these efforts through detailed reporting.

This position requires initiative, strong attention to detail, and a high level of disciplined organization.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and foster relationships within the Stagen community by connecting members to valuable content and resources
• Promote the Stagen brand, ensuring consistency and authenticity of messaging and brand positioning across all departments
• Support the Marketing team with campaign creation and execution
• Provide tracking, analysis, and reporting on campaigns
• Compile and manage RSVPs for in-person and virtual events
• Manage our internal Marketing calendar to support team coordination and collaboration
• Maintain Salesforce data integrity
• Support with the creation of Marketing collateral
• Perform other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
• Experience in event marketing, community management or external marketing highly preferred
• High level of attention to detail and follow through
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Motivated team player with the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Self-starter
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and Salesforce
• Graphic design experience is a plus!

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
