We manage both elderly/senior and family mid-rise and high-rise buildings that benefit from HUD Project-Based Section 8 Rental Assistance and Low-Income Housing Tax Credits. Our management team is well experienced in handling the complexities of the ever-changing arena of both HUD and LIHTC compliance and regulations, and we contract with service providers like Windsor Compliance to ensure flawless operations across our portfolio of projects serves.
