EXECUTIVE STEWARD- Missouri Athletic Club - Downtown

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate all kitchens to support back and front of the house operations.
- Responsible for the cleanliness of all back of the house food and beverage areas.
- Manage and effectively communicate with stewarding team members.
- Communicate daily with the Executive Sous Chef to provide an update regarding Steward Operations, including planning staffing requirements for banquet functions.
REQUIREMENTS
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
