Our client, a global law firm, is seeking a Human Resources Generalist candidate to join their learning and development team. This individual will be responsible for various projects focused on enhancing employee development and engagement. The hiring manager is targeting candidates with 2 years of human resources/ operations experience from a professional services firm. Experience implementing business initiatives, creating project plans, and improving technology is required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• 2 years of people operations, project management, or human capital from a professional services firm
• Experience with project management tools: Viso & Jira is a plus
• Attention to detail and organization in project plans, documentation, scheduling, and communications

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45 per week
