We are seeking a Floating Maintenance Technician to help us keep our properties in great condition. Ideal candidates enjoy working with their hands, are mechanically inclined, and have excellent customer service skills.

The Job: Our Floating Service Technicians must be willing and able to learn quickly in a fast-paced, team environment. Some days are pressure filled and you’ll need to remain flexible, resourceful, and efficient. Service Technicians may work with any of the following:
- HVAC
- Electrical
- Plumbing
- Carpentry
- Drywall
- Painting
- Appliances
- Exterior structures
The Details: Our Service Technicians should have:
- Basic tools of the trade
- Be willing and able to work on-call on weekend rotation.
- The work schedule is Monday- Friday 8 AM - 5 PM.
