The Payroll/Benefits Specialist works directly with an assigned portfolio of Communities to ensure the timely and accurate processing of their payroll, in conjunction with our PEO payroll team. This position is responsible for full-cycle employee maintenance from onboarding to off-boarding; employee time records, payroll processing, monitoring LOA's, conducts audits of payroll, benefits insurance premiums and other HR programs. Maintains employee database, file maintenance, HRIS entry and reporting for payroll, benefits, etc. Assists in resolving payroll, benefits & leave of absence related issues. Ensures all policies and procedures are adhered to accordingly.
This position is full time (40 hours per week) and will work closely with the HR Manager and Sr. HR Manager. Must be sensitive to Home Office and Facility needs, team member goodwill and the business needs. This position requires an extremely perceptive person who can relate to individuals at all levels within the organization on a professional level.
