This role will work directly with our customers and team to develop solutions that exceed our customer’s expectations for innovation and return on investment. Account Managers foster a positive, long-lasting, and collaborative relationship with customers, listening to their needs and responding with highly competitive solutions. The ideal candidate will be capable of balancing multiple diverse projects, have a high technical aptitude, integrity, and have a broad experience in automation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Customer Acquisition and Relationship Building: Developing and nurturing relationships with potential and existing customers to understand their automation needs.
2. Customized Solution Sales: Presenting tailored automation and robotics solutions to customers, highlighting benefits and ROI.
3. Deal Negotiation and Closing: Effectively negotiating terms and closing deals to secure business and generate revenue.
4. Post-Sale Engagement: Maintaining contact with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
5. Market Awareness and Continuous Learning: Keeping abreast of industry trends and advancements to enhance sales strategies and offerings.
6. Customer Visits: As an important part of our business, in-person visits to various customer sites are a vital part of building customer relationships and to help the team in understanding full scope of projects.
