Misericordia Heart of Mercy is currently seeking qualified Behavior Support Professionals (BSP) for our adult residents residing in our CILA homes (Community Integrated Living Arrangements). These homes are located in local neighborhoods, away from Misericordia's main campus.

The role of a CILA BSP demands a hands-on approach to support and engage with our individuals. It requires not only physical stamina and strength, but also exceptional patience and the ability to provide comprehensive behavioral support.
