Miracle Home Care LLC is looking for a motivated and punctual Scheduler/Receptionist!

Requirements:

• Must have previous office/scheduler experience
• Must have prior experience within the medical field

Duties include:

• Review schedules each morning and troubleshoot scheduling conflicts and issues.
• Reschedule call in's or missed visits in a timely manner and inform clients of any changes.
• Schedule and manage the flow of client care, ensuring that quality service is provided and patient satisfaction met.
• Provides the scheduling and coordination of daily schedules within a home care team.
• Have open line of communication with clients and staff. Select the staff at the beginning of a new case.
• Hire and manage staff. Make proper staff selection to ensure client satisfaction.
• Assist with client obligation billing.
• Answer phones and basic medical office duties (i.e. fax, file, scan, manage client authorization and data entry.)
• Communicate with case managers professionally and responsibly to strengthen and maintain relationships.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
