RN: $55 PER RN VISIT
START OF CARE: $120 PER VISIT
DISCHARGE/RESUMPTION OF CARE/RECERT: $85 PER VISIT
IV: $85 PER HOUR

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in a variety of healthcare settings inlcuding patient homes.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or abnormalities.
- Assist with medical procedures and diagnostic evaluations.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures, medications, and self-care techniques.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
Experience:
- Familiarity with medical imaging technologies and their applications.
- Knowledge of home health protocols
- Ability to work collaboratively with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Knowledge of EMR system for documentation, preferrably Brightree/Matrixcare
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to complete documentation according to company policy and expectation.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in administering medications and performing basic medical procedures.
- Knowledge of diagnostic evaluation techniques and interpretation of results.
- Familiarity with industry standards and best practices for patient care.
- Ability to safely practice medicine in a patient home and communicate with the primary care physician for additional care.
Required License:
-Vaild RN license in the state of Kansas
- Valid LPN license in the state of Kansas
