We’re hiring Outside Sales Representatives to drive new business growth in our Detroit staffing operation.
Starting base salary depends on experience.

What do Outside Sales Representatives do?
- Prospect new business and handle the complete sales process from cold call, to contract, to ongoing client development.
- Meet with top level decision makers to present our staffing solutions.
- Work in a hybrid work environment (not 100% remote or 100% in office).
- Daily cold calling, conducting in-person meetings with potential clients, and proposing constructive solutions to fit the client’s wants/needs.

Qualifications of the Outside Sales Representative
- Previous B2B sales experience is preferred.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) candidates are a plus, but not required.
