The Role:
As a Territory Sales Representative, you'll play a key role in maximizing sales and profitability in the Detroit area, Southeast Michigan, and parts of Northwest Ohio. You'll build strong relationships with existing customers, identify new sales opportunities, and help large manufacturers optimize their MRO (maintenance, repair, and operations) needs.
Responsibilities:
· Grow existing accounts by selling additional Libra products and services.
· Provide exceptional customer service and program support.
· Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve ambitious sales and profit goals.
· Network and prospect for new customers, leveraging LinkedIn, customer data, and other resources.
· Educate customers on Libra's offerings across all channels (website, phone, email, etc.)
· Conduct in-depth customer consultations to understand their MRO requirements.
· Be highly responsive and dedicated to exceeding customer expectations.
Qualifications:
· Proven sales experience (B2B preferred)
· A problem-solving mindset with a persistent drive to succeed
· Competitive and results-oriented with a positive and professional demeanor
· Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
· Proficiency in CRM software and strong organizational/time management skills
