- 4-6 years’ experience in customer service.

- Ability to prioritize and manage time, tasks and employees during peak times of service demand.
- Gymnastics or youth sports experience a plus.
- A willingness to learn about all our programs: gymnastics (boys, girls, trampoline, preschool, dance, adaptive), special events, camps, teams and more.
- Be able to oversee the entire customer service “big picture” in a business with many moving parts.
- Ability to lead the front desk team in an effective, positive and collaborative way.
