Mini-Hops is located in the western suburbs of Minneapolis in a 48,000 sq. ft. facility. We serve about 1,400 children per week and thousands of families over the 45 years of our existence!
Mini-Hops Gymnastics is a leader in teaching life lessons through sport to people of all abilities! Our goal is to "Maximize Impact" on our community. We are looking for candidates that have the following qualities:

  • Strong technical skills and ability to teach and manage customer service staff.

  • Exhibit behavior that exemplifies the highest professional, ethical, and moral standards.
  • Recognize that all staff have a role in the customer experience.
Qualifications:
  • 4-6 years’ experience in customer service.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment with the ability to pivot to fit the needs of the business.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time, tasks and employees during peak times of service demand.
  • Gymnastics or youth sports experience a plus.
  • A willingness to learn about all our programs: gymnastics (boys, girls, trampoline, preschool, dance, adaptive), special events, camps, teams and more.
  • Be able to oversee the entire customer service “big picture” in a business with many moving parts.
  • Ability to lead the front desk team in an effective, positive and collaborative way.
