We are looking to add a Director, Learning & Development, to our People team in Vancouver, B.C. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the Director, Learning & Development will work closely with our leadership team to drive and define a learning and development strategy. In this role, you will manage the design, execution, facilitation, evaluation and continuous improvement of our learning and development programs.

The salary offered to the successful candidate will be based on their experience, knowledge and skills they bring to MineSense, market data based on their location as well as internal equity. We are in growth mode and are looking for talented folks at all levels, so please do not hesitate to apply.
