JOB SUMMARY
Manage operation of Paint Department processes and associates. Observes, evaluates, and recommends measures for improvement. Interprets and conveys company policy and strategies.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: This job includes direct supervisory responsibility for Assistant Manager(s), Coordinator(s), and indirect responsibility for Technical Staff, Team Leader(s), and Production Associates.

The work environment characteristics described are representative of those an employee typically encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. An employee must be willing to work any shift or required overtime, as needed, on a seven-day work cycle depending on company needs and customer production demands.
